Debra Niepold

Sales Proprietor

For the last 22 years Debra has worked in Estate Agency.  Originally operating as ‘Tudor Estates’ in Bournemouth and then selling the business in 2007 to open ‘McKinlays’. A couple of years later, ‘Wicksons’ was incorporated and the business is now based in Southbourne Grove.

Prior to commencing her career in this industry, Debra was fortunate to work and travel the world on Cruise ships and then Ferry’s, as well as spending time in the family business’s as a teenager in the catering industry and farming.


Lucy Millington

Sales Negotiator

Lucy has been working at McKinlays since the beginning of 2018 having worked prior to this as a care team manager for many years, which she moved on from to have her daughter.

She wanted to a new career and even though this is her first experience in Estate Agency, Lucy feels like she has found her perfect job. She gets to deal with people and learn something new every day and she is excited about her future in the industry.


Jenny Leeder

Lettings Proprietor

Jenny has been the proprietor of McKinlays Lettings Bournemouth since 2008. She sees the benefit of being an independent business while being part of the McKinlays network.

Jenny recognises that her work colleagues have an excellent mix of knowledge and professionalism which in turn allows her to take a hands off approach to the business while always being there to consult.


Jen Ormond

Lettings Manager

Jen has worked with McKinlays since the beginning of 2019 and is building the lettings business with a professional and trustworthy approach.

Before joining the team, her career was focused in the hospitality industry, where she has been lucky enough to manage some high end restaurants, as well as organise VIP weddings, international conferences and more recently operate her own business. Jen is enjoying her role at McKinlays and is looking forward to her future with the team.


Liz Linford

Business Administrator

Liz has worked with McKinlays for 10 years, helping out with Sales and completing administration and accounting for Lettings. She feels it’s a happy place to be and that they really do care about their clients and staff alike.
